1. About SKUNDYS
What is SKUNDYS?
SKUNDYS is an owner-managed B2B wholesaler for perfume and cosmetic products of renowned brands, headquartered in Ditzingen, Baden-Württemberg, Germany. Founded in 2020, we supply commercial resellers throughout Europe with 100% authentic branded merchandise – from Amazon sellers and online shops to brick-and-mortar perfumeries.
Who can order from SKUNDYS?
SKUNDYS is a pure B2B wholesaler and supplies exclusively commercial resellers with a valid VAT ID. This includes Amazon FBA sellers, eBay/Kaufland/Otto sellers, online perfumeries, brick-and-mortar retailers, importers, and distributors. Private customers cannot order from us.
How do I become a SKUNDYS customer?
Send your inquiry via our "Request Stock List" form or by email to sales@skundys.com. We review your request promptly on business days, verify your VAT ID, and activate you as a B2B customer. You will then receive access to our daily updated stock list.
What documents are required for registration?
For activation as a B2B customer, we require your VAT identification number, your complete company address, an excerpt from the commercial register or business license, and contact details for a point of contact.

Which brands does SKUNDYS carry?
Our assortment includes over 100 premium brands across perfume, skincare, and makeup categories. These include, among others, Hermès, Acqua di Parma, Guerlain, Bvlgari, Yves Saint Laurent, Prada, Emporio Armani, Polo Ralph Lauren, Paco Rabanne, Kenzo, Jil Sander, Zadig & Voltaire, GUESS, Versace, Calvin Klein, Hugo Boss, Lacoste, Carolina Herrera, Jean Paul Gaultier, Issey Miyake, Mont Blanc, Davidoff, Clinique, Shiseido, Lancôme, and Estée Lauder. Are the products approved for the EU market?
Yes, all items comply with the legal requirements for the European market, including EU Cosmetics Regulation 1223/2009 and the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR). Upon request, we provide corresponding compliance documentation.
Do I receive proof of origin for the goods?
Yes, upon request we issue a proof of origin for every delivery. Our merchandise is sourced exclusively from certified distributors within the EU or directly from the manufacturer. This documentation is particularly suitable for Amazon Brand Ungating applications and other marketplace compliance requirements.
How is the authenticity of the goods verified?
Our goods undergo a multi-stage quality control process: sourcing exclusively from certified distributors with verified supply chains, visual inspection of every batch upon goods receipt, batch code spot checks, and – upon request – authenticity confirmation from our pre-suppliers.
3. Ordering & Conditions
How do I place an order with SKUNDYS?
Orders are placed by email to sales@skundys.com. Upon receipt, we check availability and promptly send you an order confirmation with a proforma invoice for advance payment.
Is there a minimum order value?
Yes, our minimum order value is €1,000 net. This allows us to offer competitive wholesale prices and fast processing.
How up-to-date is the stock list?
Our stock list is updated daily and reflects all immediately available products with net wholesale prices, EAN codes, minimum order quantities, and current availability status.
Does SKUNDYS offer volume discounts?
Yes, individual conditions are possible from certain purchase volumes. For regular customers, we create tailored offers based on volume, brand preferences, and target markets. Simply reach out to us.
Are pre-orders possible?
Yes, we offer pre-orders for selected brands and limited drops. Pre-orders are non-binding but require a deposit. Should the ordered goods not become available, the deposit will be fully refunded.
4. Shipping & Delivery
How fast is shipping?
Stock items are usually shipped within 1–2 business days after receipt of payment. The exact delivery time depends on volume, destination, and chosen carrier and is communicated with the order confirmation.
Which carriers does SKUNDYS work with?
Depending on volume, destination, and requirements, we ship with DB Schenker (pallets/freight), UPS, DHL, and FedEx (parcel shipping). Upon request, neutral shipping without sender branding is possible.
Which countries does SKUNDYS deliver to?
We supply customers worldwide, with a particular focus on the European Union. For intra-community deliveries with a valid VAT ID, invoicing takes place at 0% VAT (reverse-charge procedure).
What shipping options are available?
We ship flexibly: from single cartons and pallets to full container deliveries. Delivery is EXW Schwieberdingen (Incoterms® 2020); upon request, we also arrange FCA, DAP, or other terms.
5. Payment & Invoicing
What payment methods does SKUNDYS offer?
SKUNDYS accepts payments exclusively in advance (bank transfer). You will receive a proper net invoice with VAT shown, or a reverse-charge notice for intra-community deliveries.
Which invoice formats are available?
By default, you receive a PDF invoice by email. Upon request, we also provide invoices in machine-readable formats (XRechnung, ZUGFeRD) and special formats for Amazon Brand Ungating applications.
6. Amazon FBA & Marketplace Services
Does SKUNDYS offer direct shipping to Amazon FBA?
Yes, upon request we ship directly to Amazon fulfillment centers throughout Europe. Shipments are packaged, labeled, and prepared in accordance with Amazon guidelines (FBA-compliant packaging, pallet labels, shipping labels).
Do I get FNSKU labeling for Amazon FBA?
Yes, upon request we label your goods with your FNSKU codes prior to shipping. Simply send us the FNSKU codes per SKU – we take care of correct application according to Amazon specifications.
Do you help with Amazon Brand Ungating?
Yes, we actively support our customers with brand ungating applications. Upon request, we provide you with invoices in the format required by Amazon as well as distribution confirmations from our pre-suppliers.
What happens in case of an IP complaint on Amazon?
In the rare case of a complaint from a brand owner, we provide all necessary documents: original invoice, supply chain documentation, proof of origin, and if needed, contact details for our pre-suppliers. This allows you to fully document the dispute process with Amazon.
Do I get a dedicated account manager?
Yes, every B2B customer receives a dedicated point of contact for all matters regarding assortment, orders, shipping, and special conditions. We respond promptly on business days – usually within a few hours.
How does SKUNDYS differ from other wholesalers?
SKUNDYS combines four strengths: 100% authentic merchandise with full proof of origin, daily-updated availability from our own warehouse in Germany, full Amazon FBA preparation including FNSKU labeling, and personal support through owner-managed structures without call centers.
